Coronavirus / COVID-19

Dear Valued Clients,


Your health and well-being are very important to us, and we want you to be aware that we are taking steps to navigate the situation caused by the novel coronavirus or COVID-19. We want to share the precautions we are taking to protect our clients.


We’ve asked our employees to stay home if they feel sick, and we have increased the frequency of sanitizing areas frequented by clients by in our office.  Our staff are frequently washing their hands, and we’ve asked them to avoid personal contact with clients such as handshakes.


If you have an upcoming in-person appointment, please know that phone or video conference options are available to all clients.  If you are interested in one of these alternatives, please contact our office to make those arrangements. If needed, our staff can assist you with setting up the variety of technologies available for a virtual meeting prior to your appointment.


If you have an upcoming in-person appointment scheduled with us, and any of the following apply to you, please contact our office to discuss alternative meetings.


  • If you are feeling unwell, with cold-or-flu like symptoms, however minor.

  • If you feel like you may have been in contact with someone who may have been exposed


If you have any questions or concerns about our approach to this situation, please do not hesitate to contact us.


As this is an evolving and rapidly changing situation, please understand that we may need to make further adjustments.  We will continue to communicate any updates through email.
